Produce Notes: At times an item can change due to availability or weather conditions. If it's an add on that for some reason isn't available, your add on will be credited. If something from our produce list changes, it's replaced with another item. Deadlines for Orders or Changes: A reminder on our policies, any changes need to be made by Tuesday midnight. If something comes up late notice we're happy to add your produce to our weekly donations which goes directly to help families. We can only credit your delivery fee after the deadline. Routing Software Notes: Once our drivers leave, you'll get a link texted to you by our routing software, which differs from the store software. It needs a little time to sync, so if you check it before it's ready you'll notice that it will keep saying 1 minute. If it continues to say 1 minute, one of our drivers could be offline, so if you need more help please make sure to call me directly. |
