Delicious! 🫛 Carrots 🥕 and spinach from County Line Harvest have the best flavor! Also added to this dish is a carrot ginger sauté. Wild rice, peas, and pistachios are a good way to get some plant protein. |

Kohlrabi Salad Frecker Farms is having a good season with kohlrabi. I love this salad beacuse it reminds me of Thai green mango salad. |

Brothy Butter Beans w/ Spinach Recently on a little trip we had brothy beans at a resturant, and it was very nice, but I felt like it was missing "County Line" Spinach, 😆 so I was excited to get back and make this. Chard also works just as well. |
